On the southern part of the Pacific Coast in Nicaragua , we find Coco's Beach, One kilometer of white, fine sand, flat area which allows a safe and pleasant bathe.

¡Sun, beach, fishing, diving, riding horses or biking to the nearby towns, beach sports like soccer and volleyball, sailing or small navigating in boat ecologic tourism and more! Everything in a complete harmony with nature.
Its location is privileged: nearby the town and at the same time in a wild area life shelter “Playa La Flor” an Ecologic Reserve of Nicaragua.

Coco's Beach Area Town Houses

The Touristic Project is compound by 42 town houses that are being constructed by Inversiones Turisticas del Sur S.A (INTUSUR, S.A)
In a 2 acres and 424 square meters . The area is totally fenced, with security staff in the entrance and exit. Besides the physical protection it will also count with electronic protection through optic fiber which allows covering 6 meters high.

The design of the project includes individual, double and triple buildings of town houses, that due to the slope of the land allow a view to the ocean; it also includes an exclusive socializing area for the owners, with a pool and ranches that will offer bar and fast food services, as well as the management and internal services facilities.
